Most of your cutting tasks consist of cutting heavy blocks, including billets and sheets and/or rectangular or flat materials ? If so, you will find a saw that meets your needs among the KASTO bbs A/U series automatic block band saws.

Thanks to the optional 90° blade rotation and slitting method, smaller blocks can be dimensioned and cut fully automatically from one block. The automatic material feeding device positions the blocks and plates precisely in the desired position. KASTO block and plate saws are installed on the floor and can be repositioned if necessary. This provides maximum processing and placement flexibility. As the machine moves, the footprint is reduced by approx. 50%, resulting in lower occupancy costs.
