The KASTOmaxcut M is the ideal saw for cost-effective and fully automatic cutting of aluminum sheets with a minimum thickness of 6 – 200 mm (0.2” – 7.9”). Depending on the machine design, aluminum blocks with maximum dimensions of 2200 x 850 (86.6” x 33.5”) and block lengths up to 4100 mm (161.4”) can be cut. Well-balanced drive elements and custom tape guides allow for extremely high cutting speeds for excellent cutting performance with a quiet, easy-to-use cutting process and optimized blade life. An optimized ribbon wheel cabinet ensures optimal chip flow for a vacuum system. Upon request, fully automatic block feeding and plate unloading is available.
