WIKUS continues to sharpen its profile with the new PROFLEX® M42 bimetallic band saw blade for processing profiles and beams. Thanks to the special profile tooth and also the extended connection of the cutting material and the conveyor belt, the PROFLEX® M42 is extremely robust.

The innovative production procedure not only prolongs the life of the conveyor belt, it also reduces the risk of belt breakage. Superfinishing on the cutting edge of the teeth and in the chip space improves performance, reduces noise emission and burr formation, and improves the cutting surface.
